Do I have to accept every load you find?
No. We send you every load offer with its rate and details, and nothing is booked until you approve it.
Where do you dispatch?
We dispatch across the United States. We plan your loads around the regions and lanes you prefer to run.
Do you work with factoring companies?
Yes. We can send your paperwork directly to your factoring company, or invoice brokers for you if you don't use factoring.
Are you a freight broker?
No. Luan Express is a dispatch service. We work on behalf of your trucking company, and you haul under your own authority.
